We should have at least some form of testing to vote or at the least, you HAVE TO have graduated three forms of schooling. elementary, junior, and high school educations should be mandatory. if you don't have at the least those three under your belt you should not be allowed to vote. it is clear Americans of a certain type are not educated enough to vote for their well being. if you would rather harm yourself rather then share with your fellow Americans you are a danger to yourself and everyone around you and voting is something you should NOT be allowed to do. we should NOT baby ignorance.If you can't read you WILL repeat! education IS evaluation.
