3 fierce workouts in 3 days
Walkouts with a torso twist, Some thing where we had to sit...against the wall with no friggin chair, ab work from the step...the boys were on a friggin roll :(
I am sore as hell
Like when I first started lol
I have found myself thinking too much today...
But at least today rather than be sad and over eat, I went to the gym and ovr worked out lol
I got to the gym at 4:45....
I got on the treadmill and did 1.5 miles ..in 29 min.. I know I know...not that fast...shut it.
Then we started lifting...
Chest : incline bench (45 pound bar)
decline bench (45 pound bar)
cable flys (30 pounds each side)
Back : bent over rows (10 pound dumbells)
seated row (50 pounds)
lat pull down (standing, pulling straight down 40 pounds)
Bis : standard dumbell curls (8 pounds)
sideways dumbell curls (8 pounds)
21s with the preacher curl bar (10 pounds on the bar)
straight bar pull ups (40 pounds)
Tris : Dips using the foot rest of the pull up machine (110 pounds)
rope pull down (60 pounds)
kick backs (8 pounds)
Legs : inner and outer thigh machines (70 pounds)
squats using the leg press (100 pounds) only one set
calf raises on the leg press (100 pounds) only one set
standard squats on the smith machine (20 pounds plus the bar) 2 sets
toes pointed out squats on the smith (20 pounds plus bar) 2 sets
Abs : One minute of my feet balancing on the ball and raising pelvis up
One minute of holding the ball between my feet and raising it up and down
Unless otherwise indicated 3 sets of each...
THEN we went to the track and walked 1.5 miles.
I think that is one hell of a workout!

Kellee is my bestie...she is super supportive. She has some insecurities and gets a bit jealous from time to time, but we work it out
Leah is my newest friend and possibly the best person I could have possibly met at his juncture of my life. She has been a gym kid all her life and she trains with me...shows me little tips and tricks
Rochelle.. I went to high school with her and just recently got back in touch with her and she is a great addition to my gym crew

My family is amazingly supportive and very vocal aboput how proud they are.
My co-workers are just amazing...they do everything they can to make every day at work diet friendly
You guys,...you have NO idea how much it means to me that you have all stuck with me through thick and thin, and take the time to encourage and support me
I have the BEST support system ever.
Oh and for future reference...I no longer sweat...I ooze liquid awesome.
So I went to see the exercise physiologist today
He was thrilled to say that I have lost 32.8 pounds since dec 12th, also knocked 4 points off my BMI...
He kept high fiving me, givin me knucks..super thrilled that I am working so hard and loving it.
He wants me to start biking, and stretching more
He (who works for the bariatric clinic) actually said that he would suggest that I think about not getting the surgery since I am doing so well, at least postponing it
