Well the "happiest holiday of the year" is fast approaching and it is really depressing. Part of the smoking ban in ohio will fine the person caught smoking in their own car for every non-smoker in the car when they get pulled over! Now this part is completely retarded! This is basically giving the police a "blank check" to pull over anyone they want for nothing more than to see if anyone in the car is smoking! This isn't the only bad part, they want it furthered to include your house as well! As of 12:00am on December, 7 2006 Ohio offically became a smoke-free state. Being in that no public buildings (exceptions for smoke shops, cigar lounges, nursing homes, VFW's and private clubs)could allow smoking within 50 feet of the main entrance. I for one smoke and feel as though my rights have been violated upon. First off, I for one have no problem going outside for a cigarette. I have to at home, work, etc. But when I'm OUTSIDE, I shouldn't be told where I have to smoke! I'm already OUTSIDE, what more do you want? Me to stop smoking all together? Sorry all

Me~!
So I went to the gym a little while ago, after I got off of work; I had a great workout! There were sooooo many people there, omg.. I go all the time and there is never HALF the amount of people that were there tonight. My theory is this: People eat like shit, drink, and are generally lazy on the weekends.. they are at work all day and feeling guilty for their gluttony and feel the need to hit the gym thinking that will make it all better. I didn't have to wait for equipment or anything, because the gym is huge and has a lot of machines. But for fuck sakes! There were a lot of people! ;) As of Tuesday evening, all of my classes for the Fall Quarter are finished! I had 3 finals on Tuesday, and I did very well in all of them. In fact, this morning I saw my Algebra professor at the gym, and she said that I had gotten an A in the class and received the highest grade on the final. In my Business class I have done well the entire Quarter and got an A on my 10 page research

well it is officially over for another semester!! i passed everything but math. it was hard this semester! math was like nothing i'd ever learned before! this semester i was taking macroeconomics. english 2, accounting 2, math 2, and cita 125 (EXCEL). i passed with one B+, three C+'s and an F (in math of course). that only dropped my GPA a little bit from 3.12 down to a 2.80. it's not bad at all and i still can stay active with Student Government since i'm the interim Vice President until elections in the Fall semester 2007. at that point it'll be if the members think i'm good enough to continue in that spot. well, another fun semester is coming to a close at college. i know i have to pass everything because i have been promoted in Student Government from Secretary to Interim Vice President until the new elections in Fall 2007. i am concerned about Math 102 and CITA 125 (Excel). it's been fun, though. most of my friends on campus are returning next semester so i won't be al

Important Recent Events...
Well it will be just a few more days until I have completed my CDL-A training. I have already finished all the classroom bullshit and have been driving for a couple of weeks now. I passed all my endorsement tests: HAZMAT, Tankers, Doubles & Triples, Air-brakes, etc... I have my clean bill of health with perfect vision and drug free pee-pee! I got finger printed for my HAZMAT endorsement and obtained my Permits to drive all kinds of 18-wheelers. This coming Saturday will be the State exam driving test along with a pre-trip inspection test ( let me tell you that this test is no joke ). INGREDIENTS: 3 pounds rabbit meat, cleaned and cut into pieces 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/3 cup all-purpose flour 1/2 pound bacon, diced 1/2 cup finely chopped shallots 1 clove garlic, finely chopped 1 cup dry red wine 1 cup water 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon granules 1 tablespoon currant jelly 10 black peppercorns, crushed 1 bay leaf 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed 1/8 teaspoon dried thyme, crushed 2 teaspoons lemon juice 3 tablespoons water 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- DIRECTIONS: Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain on paper towels and set aside. Sprinkle rabbit with salt and coat with 1/3 cup flour, shaking off excess. Brown rabbit in remaining bacon fat. Remove from skillet, along with all but 2 tablespoons of the fat, and reserve. Saute shallots and garlic in skillet for about 4 minutes, until tender. Stir in wine, 1 cup water and bouillo

i've got this nasty little habit of telling people, some of which i even just met, "i love you". now mind you, it's not always so profound and forlorned. sometimes, when expressing it in writing, i even try to diffuse it by spelling it 'l-u-v' instead of 'l-o-v-e'. and more often than not, it's based more on admiration and respect than any romantic or physical attractions. The first drug Doctor Jellyfinger prescribed was some kind of mix that even made the nurse sick just talking about it. I went to the pharmacy and got the crap (no pun intended) but upon reading, smelling and seeing this stuff, death didn't seem so bad. AND you have to drink FOUR litres of it - in like 2 seconds or you will crap your pants before you can put it down. After much careful consideration, I decided to pass (no pun intended) on this drug. There still isn't much going on right now in my life, but in the next week to week and a half, I'm gonna be perminantly moving into my first apartment. It's about time I get out of my parents' house finally..haha! That's about the only thing going on right now. since this is my first blog entry, I'm gonna keep it short and simple. About My Son
Manny will be 6 months old on January 14, 2007, already has two teeth just above his gums, he babbles like there's no tomorrow....lol, he rolls over, grabs for things pretty good now, and is now startin to learn how to crawl and also hates layin on his back for over 5 minutes, he laughs a lot and smiles a lot too, I love him so very much and would never give him up for anything or anyone. He is my everything. Today he only took one nap and that was at 1 pm 10 3pm and he was up until about 9pm, I forgot to call and schedule him a well child check up for his 6 month check up so ill have to do that on the 2nd of January. It all started on Friday July 14, 2006 very early in the morning, I started havin medium strength contractions at 4am and got very strong. I knew about the red light on cars, but not the *77. It was about 1:00 p.m. in the afternoon, and Lauren was driving to visit a friend. I've at best had an erratic presence here at CT. Along with work I've recently opened myself to an old yet new experience. This Blog goes out to her as well. I met someone, here no less, that has turned out to be an incredible person in many different ways. The most important of them being, she gave me a deep sense of self worth. we all received a gift box from the people of Chapin, Illinois today. really surprised me to see what was inside. Received a bunch of cookies and snacks and cards signed and colored by children from different elementary schools all over Illinois. Kinda made me smile to see that people take the time to appreciate what we do even though we are far away overseas. Just wanted to say thanks to everybody for sending me their thoughts and letting us all know that we are not forgotten. At 5:30 AM this morning I received a call about my car.It seems I wont be getting my car back.Who ever the individuals were that stole my car also decided to set it on fire.Please excuse me while I go cry some more. A Day In The Life...
The office manager at my job has had a nasty cold for 3 weeks. She can't seem to get rid of it and now I think its been passed to me. I work in an animal hospital and we have a network of phones throughout the building. So on any given day most of the staff has used each phone at least once for something or other and has left their germs on the receiver. For the last couple of days I've had the sniffles but then today I woke up this morning with a VERY scratching throat, my nose all stuffed up, my body aching, and just feeling entirely icky :( And I have so much to do today. My Life.........
I visited Front Royal with my Aunt and Grandma, being as that is where they are from. We went to the local museum and to Belle Boyds cottage. As we went through the tour of Belles cottage our guide told how Belle was a beautiful woman and used her looks to help her spy. Having a mental image of a really beautiful woman, when we got to a picture or Belle I was surprised. Of course I had to say outloud, "She looks kinda horsey to me!" New Years Eve!
So I ask you......What the hell constitutes a mumm being considered NSFW? I had one deleted yesterday and I still don't know why.
