No that wasn't a typo. I just finished watching the movie, it was great. And a true story btw. BUT I didn't understand something about it.
I don't understand why he'd choose to keep his son with him while he was homeless instead of sending him to live with his mother until he was stable financially.
If you were in that situation, broke and homeless, and had kids but they also had another parent that could take care of them would you choose to keep your kids with you or send them to live with their other parent til you were in a better position to take care of them? |
